Emplify Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Consultant of Change Management to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about leading change and who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Senior Consultant in Change Management, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our change management framework across the enterprise. You will work closely with executives and staff in our enterprise, focusing on the human side of change. You will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day change management activities, serving as the change leader on high priority projects and strategic initiatives, facilitating training of the change management framework, and building out the network of change agents in each region.

Job Description:
The Senior Consultant-Change Management plays a key role in supporting the implementation of Bellin and Gundersen Health System’s change management framework, ensuring a strategic focus on the human side of change. The Senior Consultant–Change Management is responsible for operational excellence by overseeing day-to-day change management activities, which include planning, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation. This person serves as the accountable change leader on high priority projects and strategic works teams for the health system. The primary responsibility is integration and implementation of change management plans and strategies that enhance team and stakeholder engagement leading to faster adoption, higher utilization of and proficiency with change priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Healthcare appropriate field required
- Prior experience in a consulting role, or other relevant experience related to change management, communication planning, user training, organizational readiness, and/or user adoption with enterprise organizations
