D365 Functional Consultant - Prishtina (24117)
We are looking for a D365 Functional Consultant to join our team in Pristina.
The Functional Consultant is responsible for consultancy in determining business needs regarding the products of Quipu over critical tasks and processes, gathering information from Quipu clients to determine their challenges and priorities, and presenting solutions backed up by research.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical and electronic engineering, or automation.
- Experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamics, MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies (Certifications in these areas is a plus).
- Proficient knowledge of .NET framework, C#, WCF, WPF, WWF, MS SQL Server, Transact SQL, SSIS, SSRS, TFS.
- Knowledge of banking and understanding of banking business is preferable.
- General understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as within groups.
- Multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Study the current business processes and design business flows.
- Participate in analysis of software requirements, workflow charts, and diagrams using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
- Document functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Support and actively participate in Quipu internal coordination and communication with all involved parties.
- Participate in parameterization and developments related to support and implementation projects.
- Support the DevOps team during the implementation process on test and production environments.
- Assist the delivery process with consultancy, advisory, and hands-on analysis and troubleshooting for test and production issues.
- Produce fixes and workarounds for the Quipu Software Product of expertise.
- Review the product delivery process.
- Play an active role in defining best practices and standards for deliverables related to Quipu Software Products.
- Resolve constraints and interdependencies between multiple items and deliverables (systems, products, applications, etc.).
- Research and benchmark competitive products and best practices.
- Provide training and coaching for support and delivery teams.
- Create and update user guides and other required documentation.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Quipu Card Personalisation Centre in Prishtina was founded in 2004 and is a modern and flexible centre for card personalisation and maintenance of automated equipment (ATMs and POS terminals), owned by Quipu.
