We are looking to find a candidate for a financial advising position in Milwaukee. We seek a recent college graduate or a more experienced individual in a position today not feeling fulfilled and looking to start in a profession designed around serving others and making an impact. Additionally, you will work under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced financial advisor.

As part of this opportunity, you will work directly with one of our top field leaders who will become your mentor throughout the life of the position. In addition to a mentor who is an industry expert in their niche market, you will have access to training courses that are designed to educate you on the advisor role and to prepare you to successfully pass all the exams that are required to become a fully registered Financial Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
Qualifications

- Fully Licensed/Registered (Series 7, 66, Life/Health) - NOT REQUIRED (We provide sponsorship for those needing to pass these exams)
- CPA license, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are required
- Excellent math skills, relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucial
- Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required
- Success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is desired
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
