Embark on a rewarding journey with myAvatar as a Solution Delivery Consultant, where your expertise will shine in system build, testing, and conversion projects using our implementation methodology. Dive into the exciting realm of testing and troubleshooting configurations, enhancing solution functionality across a variety of client environments. Your active involvement in client meetings, internal initiatives, and process improvement will be instrumental. Be the eyes identifying, the voice reporting, and the hands managing solution status, risks, and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to issue resolution and lending your insights to workflow analysis. In this role, you'll not only build and maintain client relationships but also navigate through conflicts, documenting the very best practices in methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology
- Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments
- Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to the client and project leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues
- Assist clients and project teams in the current state analysis of department workflows
- Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
- Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 1 year of healthcare information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Decision-making skills
- Flexibility
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Willing to be onsite and in-office in Overland Park, Kansas
Preferred:
Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, etc.)
Expectations:
Potential travel 20% of the time as needed
Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
