We are looking for a Solution Consultant that will support our Enterprise Healthcare customers, whether they be Payors, EMR/EHR organizations, Laboratories, Hospitals, IDNs, or small practice. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing creative solutions, and supporting our customers post-go-live, in partnership with a Strategic Account Manager and Customer Success Manager. We need your experience working with enterprise healthcare businesses serving as a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders. In this role you serve as the GTM technical arm and advisory stakeholder for ID.me in enterprise sales.
This role requires experience support pre-sales and Solution Consulting for Healthcare SaaS customers. Candidates should live in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA to qualify (remote with travel from LA).
Responsibilities
- Leverage technical expertise with APIs, federated protocols, and online B2C customer environments to drive sales strategy and success
- Leverage expertise with enterprise healthcare customer environments to strategically engage key customer personas across customer orgs
- Diagnose and document customer technical and business requirements
- Design and configure solutions that address customers' unique needs and offer the most value from ID.me's products
- Develop and configure demos that position differentiated solutions to bring forth a client's ideal customer experience
- Quantify business and technical value of ID.me in solving customer problems
- Execute Proofs of Concept with complex use cases and integrations
- Write accurate and compelling RFP content that positions a unique ID.me solution
- Craft reusable technical content such as whitepapers, playbooks, and how-tos
- Develop and maintain relationships with a technical representative(s) at the customer
- Mentor teammates, share technical expertise and industry knowledge
- Distill, prioritize and communicate product feedback to internal teams
- Present at marketing events, trade shows, and user conferences
Ideal Qualifications
The qualifications below are ideal, but not all are required. We encourage candidates to apply if they satisfy some, but not all of the qualifications.
- At least 3+ years of solution consulting experience directly supporting an Account Executive as a team/partner, particularly with pre and post-sales engineering
- 2+ years experience selling Healthcare software for EMR/EHR, Laboratories, or Hospital/IDNs
Passionate about delivering value to customers; experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, technical support, or solution engineering
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with REST APIs
Proficiency in at least one standard network security protocol (e.g., OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, Bearer Token Authentication)
Confident in presenting and sharing technical knowledge with senior stakeholders
Strong technical presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) and associated best practices
Experience with modern software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and associated technologies
Practical experience with REST APIs and related technologies in real-world scenarios
Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of the ID.me platform and solution
