Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Business Execution Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute various programs, services, and initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will drive accountability for assigned initiatives, mitigate risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Your ability to review strategic approaches, assess the effectiveness of support functions, and solve complex issues creatively will be critical to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in strategizing, planning, and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
- Review strategic approaches and assess the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
- Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, developing creative solutions and recommendations for complex issues.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations, facilitating decision-making and issue resolution.
- Support the implementation of developed solutions and plans, ensuring successful execution.
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience in Commercial credit, nCino, and User Acceptance testing.
- Solid understanding of business group's functional area or products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide team members effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing strategic approaches, assessing support functions, and improving business performance.
- Ability to make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations, ensuring effective implementation of solutions.
