About the Team
The Deal Transformation team is focused on delivering enhancements to systems, tools and processes to drive greater efficiency, speed and agility for Account Executives and Deal Support workmates. Our vision is efficient deal cycles throughout the customer lifecycle and agile commercial processes, including low touch solution designs to replace outdated processes and systems, leading to acceleration of revenue and profit. This team works cross functionally with sales, services, legal, pricing, deal support, sales systems, BT and others to drive Deal Transformation efforts and support evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
- Promote operational excellence, identifying and delivering short- and long-term opportunities to optimize systems and processes in alignment with cross-company initiatives.
- Support enablement and communication strategies to motivate change in support of the transformation initiative.
- Lead and contribute to tactical tasks, such as UAT, business process documentation, order form maintenance, etc.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Pricing and/or Commercial Operations at an Enterprise Software vendor.
- 3 - 5+ years experience using opportunity and CPQ systems in a SaaS environment.
Other Qualifications:
- Analytical, structured thinking; effective ability to influence partners and decision makers in a matrix environment.
- Salesforce, Apttus, Celonis experience a plus.
- Data modeling, analysis and process optimization experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
- Solutions orientation, ability to convey direction, and drive alignment.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities, report on progress, and remove roadblocks.
- Drive effective change management efforts in a cross-functional organization.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $109,400 USD - $164,200 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $103,900 USD - $182,300 USD
