Direct Supervisor: Director, Ticket Sales

Summary:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling premium hospitality packages for the F1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This role involves engaging with both business clients (B2B) and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) to secure sales with a focus on a particular market/region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering luxury experiences.

This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for hospitality packages in current market and surrounding markets.
- Identify and target potential clients within current market and surrounding market, including corporations and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends within market and surrounding market.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationship with prospective clients.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to present and sell hospitality packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Business Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns for current market.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry functions to promote the F1 Miami Grand Prix hospitality packages in market.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads and referrals.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM Dynamics.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury goods, or sports entertainment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and high-net-worth individual engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must live in a major market (New York, Washington D.C, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Denver) determined by SFM.
