Oracle EPM Consultant (EPBCS Support - Sr.)
Location: 100% remote
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Role Overview: Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS/PBCS) solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS/PBCS) solutions oriented functional/technical resource with implementation and 3rd party integration experience.
- 10+ years of experience with implementing Oracle EPM and 5+ years of federal experience with EPBCS or PBCS ERP.
- Strong Java development skills are required. Experience in designing and developing webforms, narrative reports, building dashboards, integration artifacts, data reconciliation, and calculations.
- Preferred experience and strong knowledge of PS FSCM 9.x solutions supporting AP, PO, Billing, KK, GL, AR, PC, or AM PeopleSoft modules.
- Understanding of requirements gathering process, develop and maintain standard systems requirement documents, including but not limited to Business Process Workflows, Implementation Plans, Functional/Technical Requirements Documents, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and use cases. Capable of defining test scenarios and scripts based on system requirements to prove functionality satisfies system requirements.
Required Experience:
- Experience in designing and developing webforms, narrative reports, building dashboards, integration artifacts, data reconciliation, and calculations.
- Proficient in building metadata and automating business rules. Preferred experience and strong knowledge of AP, PO, Billing, KK, GL, AR, PC, or AM PeopleSoft modules.
- Understanding of requirements gathering process, develop and maintain standard systems requirement documents, including but not limited to Business Process Workflows, Implementation Plans, Functional/Technical Requirements Documents, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and use cases.
- Capable of defining test scenarios and scripts based on system requirements to prove functionality satisfies system requirements, support user acceptance testing.
- Experience in system and bundle upgrades, and testing.
- Strong communication skills.
