Your mission
- As part of our Professional Services team, you will create amazing client-specific setups with our Thing-it software for some of the most exiting buildings in the world.
- When implementing our product or new features, you work closely with our project managers and customers, providing technical requirements concepts, configuring our product and ensuring that all technical requirements are met so that the rollouts can take place successfully.
- You identify the customer's needs, explain their technical options and advise them on how they can make their office buildings smarter, more sustainable and more efficient with our product.
- You are the contact person for customers and partners on all software topics and work closely with our developers and product managers to solve complex problems, constantly helping to optimize our product.
- You train our partners and enable them to configure and implement our product.
- You work closely with our sales team and support them as a technical expert in the sales process in order to convince potential customers from a technical perspective.
- You contribute ideas for optimizing our implementation and rollout processes in order to standardize them more and, above all, to make them more scalable in cooperation with our partners.
- You analyze and understand customer’s changing needs and apply thing-it’s vast amounts of data and analytics to find creative solutions. You build a first prototype or proof of concept.
Your profile
- Experience in the implementation of software products, ideally in the SaaS environment at large companies
- Proven ability to recognise technical problems, formulate and demonstrate solutions
- High level of initiative, proactivity, independent working style and enjoy working in an agile environment
- Good understanding of software development
- Willingness to familiarise yourself deeply with sophisticated IoT technologies (various APIs, various communication protocols)
- Enjoy working directly with customers and having technical discussions
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- 20-30% willingness to travel
