Responsibilities:
- Worked in Desktop Support Role for at least 5 years in a user community supporting a few thousand users.
- Deploy Office 2013 to approximately 2500 desktops/laptops in phases.
- Work with other teams to prepare desktops/laptops for email migration.
- Debug any desktop issues during Office 2013 deployment.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office 2013
- Windows 2008, Windows 7
- Experience in deploying Office 2013 to thousands of machines.
- Ability to work on scripts to deploy Office 2013 as ITCM tool is not functioning.
- Experience in Windows 2008 and Windows 7 environments.
- Experience with mass rollouts of Office 2013 to users at various locations across the USA.
Location: Smithfield, VA or Lisle, Chicago
Candidates need to have demonstrated Office 2013 experience, Windows Admin, Deployment, Scripting, and Desktop Support.
