Job duties include:
- Determining customer's individual vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Demonstrating new and used vehicles (includes test drives).
- Staying well informed of new products, features, accessories, etc, and their benefits to customers.
- Understanding the terminology of the automotive business and staying up-to-date with technological changes to the products.
- Introducing customers to service department personnel.
