Growth Marketer!
As a
Growth Marketer, you will maximize Quantum's online advertising efforts across various platforms, enhance our presence on search engines, and lead effective email marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in creating targeted online ad campaigns, mapping customer journeys, creating and managing audience segmentation, determined to improve our brand's visibility online, and proficient in using CRM tools to build and maintain customer connections.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Optimize & manage email campaigns.
- Implement advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies for ad campaigns to ensure that marketing efforts reach the most relevant and responsive audiences.
- Improve website and content visibility in search engine results, leveraging SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
- Analyze performance data from campaigns, social media posts, and website analytics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyze and map customer journeys to identify key optimization touchpoints and enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize our CRM (Salesforce/Pardot) to target and manage customer interactions.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Specialist to ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines and ad performance.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns via audience segmentation and optimization to continuously improve & maintain high click-through rates.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry and legal standards, including data privacy laws and advertising regulations.
- Stay informed with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and adapt strategies accordingly to keep marketing efforts relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically with PPC campaigns, SEO & Email Marketing.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce & Pardot.
- Expert with Google Ads & Meta advertising platforms.
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Google Search Console
- Expert in SEO best practices & tools.
- Proficient in email marketing and segmentation techniques.
Beneficial Certifications
- Google Analytics Certified.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Facebook Blueprint Certification.
- Email marketing certifications from platforms like HubSpot.
Salary
This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits.
Base salary range: $67,000 - 83,000
Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $88,125 - $107,325
