That means building loyalty and trust, and creating an overall positive experience. We want our customers to have the best possible experience at our dealerships and you will have an integral and essential role in ensuring that they do.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Generating repair estimates
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer complaints
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle by phone or text
- Selling needed service work and offering financing options
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to engage and educate customers on repair work needed
- Ability to work with little supervision
- The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred
