Apple Autos is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require automotive maintenance and repair services. Your role will involve assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Excellent communication skills, automotive expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this position. What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming environment in the service area.
- Conduct thorough consultations with customers to understand their automotive concerns and service requirements.
- Explain recommended services and repairs to customers, providing detailed explanations of the work to be done, associated costs, and timelines.
- Generate accurate service estimates and invoices, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes or delays that may arise during the service process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information in the dealership’s DMS system.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new technologies, and service procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Valid driver’s license.
