Regional HR Services Consultant
Location: Warsaw
Type of contract: contract of employment
Role:
The Regional HR Services Consultant will support the data management process in Workday, as well as support all HR and non-HR users in solving their issues.
What this job involves:
- Providing Tier 1 support for HR and non-HR Workday users within the region.
- Developing analytical skills in the Human Resources department.
- Understanding JLL’s complex system architecture and knowing when & how to use Workday, as well as how Workday is connected to other systems.
- Cooperating with other teams to resolve access or data issues.
- Engaging with local HR cluster leaders, HR CoE, and business stakeholders in all matters related to HR systems management.
- Becoming a data champion - providing ideas, reviews, and innovative thinking.
- Supporting system upgrades, including testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in English - ability to listen and communicate well at all levels of the company.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, and simplify results for various audiences.
- Good customer relationship skills, with a solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate.
- Proactive attitude and initiative to pursue solutions.
- Ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions, translating complex into simple.
- High degree of professional judgment, maturity, integrity, and credibility.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field of Advanced Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or similar.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
