Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is actively seeking May 2025 college graduates for full-time/entry-level analyst roles on our Strategy Consulting track within our growing Knowledge and Data Services sector. This Hybrid role requires that you live within a comfortable commutable distance of our Arlington office and that you are willing to be at least three days a week.

The Role:
- Interfacing directly with Commercial and Federal clients virtually or in-person through interviews, focus groups, workshops, and/or formal presentations
- Creating and/or analyzing client content and/or systems
- Managing a project timeline and ensuring the on-time submission of client deliverables
- Collaborating with colleagues to analyze and develop unique, tailored solutions for clients
- Working independently on client tasks with early opportunities to lead innovative project workstream
- Assisting in the development of future business opportunities and extending client engagements
- Opportunities to grow into management consulting, project management, and/or knowledge management consulting roles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a field with strong emphasis on analysis, writing, and communications
- Demonstrated leadership skills, showcasing strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills as well as a proven track record of effective teamwork
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail coupled with the ability to multitask
- The ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-term deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work independently and proactively on various projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) with experience in presentations and/or facilitation
- Work experience with knowledge and information systems (e.g., knowledge bases, project management tools, LMS, CMS, CRM, etc.)
- Background in business or technical writing , technical analysis, and/or strategy development
- Experience in project-based work and/or client-facing roles
- Exceptional attention to detail, entrusted with the final review of client deliverables to ensure precision and accuracy
Some examples of the projects our Strategy Analysts have assisted on include:
- Assist in the creation of a "green" information management sustainability strategy and tool pilot for Shell to reduce their carbon footprint
- Working as a project manager for the World Bank in order to design and develop a mobile app for use in water and sanitation projects in several developing countries
- Gathering requirements and implementing change management practices for the National Park Service in order to create a single, world-class knowledge and learning platform
