Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic partnerships and managing enterprise customer relationships.
- Utilizing strong relationship skills to foster collaboration and drive success.
- Engaging in direct sales and technology solution selling in a complex B2B2C environment.
- Analyzing and solving complex problems to identify patterns and trends.
- Managing projects effectively and leveraging internal resources to meet deadlines.
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Delivering compelling presentations to executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise customer success management (CSM) in a SaaS organization.
- Strong relationship-building and strategic consulting skills.
- Direct sales experience in technology solution selling, preferably in the SaaS space.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and experience working within complex organizations.
- Proven experience in cross-team coordination.
- Excellent verbal and executive presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
