Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Practice Consultant to join the Nursing Workforce & Professional Practice team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity on various locations.
The professional practice consultant helps lead projects for the System Nursing Workforce, System Professional Practice, System Nursing Research department or System Pulmonary Department. The consultant serves as an expert for evidence-based practice, governance, and research. The consultant leads program evaluations, implementation of system-wide practice change, and provides expertise for current practice reviews. The consultant uses workforce and clinical data to drive system decisions. The consultant is able to independently lead system-wide change efforts to support the strategic plan. The consultant leads or supports research projects and is a leader in workforce retention efforts, acting as a mentor to other leaders executing change. Interacts regularly with system executives and leaders.
