Responsibilities
- Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Crown selling process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
- Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
- Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
- Meet daily phone and email quota
- Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
- Training will be provided
Qualifications
- Motivation to be successful
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader)
- Prior sales or retail experience preferred
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
