Full time Chief of Specialty Veterinarian - Excellent Opportunity + Superior Salary + Generous Benefits - Springfield, OR

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced DVM to join our team as the Chief of Specialty Veterinarian. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, as well as experience in a leadership role. The Chief of Specialty Veterinarian will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the specialty department, as well as developing and implementing new programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Chief of Specialty Veterinarian include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the specialty department
Developing and implementing new programs and initiatives
Providing leadership and direction to the department staff
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital
Ensuring that the department meets all regulatory and accreditation requirements
Providing high-quality patient care

Qualifications for the Chief of Specialty Veterinarian include:

DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting
Experience in a leadership role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
