DescriptionValley Medical Group (VMG) is seeking a full time Ophthalmologist to join its practice!
The ideal candidate would have sub-specialty training in either Cornea, Oculoplastic or Pediatric Ophthalmology, but be willing to do a significant amount of comprehensive ophthalmology while building their sub-specialty practice. We are also open to hiring another non-fellowship trained ophthalmologist, non-surgical ophthalmologist or residency trained optometrist. The finalist will be someone who is hard working, flexible, team player, motivated with excellent communication, critical thinking, analytical, and relationship building skills looking to assist with program growth.
Position Description:
- Provide medical and surgical eye care in high-functioning outpatient environment
- Collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues
Position Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New Jersey Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology
- Committed to Valley Health and the communities we serve
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
