Become a part of the Brandywine Counseling and Community Services (BCCS) team as a Medical Assistant.
As a Medical Assistant with our Drug Diversion Program, you will:
- Comply with all BCCS policies and procedures.
- Monitor drug screens by clients.
- Complete appropriate documentation and forward to various labs.
- Record Breathalyzer and Drug Screen results.
- Prepare and maintain lab areas.
- Assist with female client physical examinations when necessary.
- Collect and process specimens.
- Properly prepare specimens for transport.
- Operate and maintain facility and equipment safely.
- Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Assist with intake and annual physical examinations.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Full time position
Pay:
- Starting at $18/hour
- Commensurate based on experience and education
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED
- REQUIRED: Medical Assistant Program certificate/completion
- PREFERRED: At least 1 year experience as CMA (Certified Medical Assistant)
