The Behavioral Health Pavilion of the Virginias, Bluefield, WV
The Behavioral Health Pavilion of the Virginias is actively seeking qualified Advanced Practice Professionals - Physician Assistants (PA), Behavioral Health and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) - for their state-of-the-art Outpatient program.
New PMHNP grads are welcome to apply.

- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Additional perks include employee and dependent tuition assistance for full-time employees with 3 years of service or more, covering up to 100% of university tuition for those attending West Virginia University (WVU) campuses or online. A work commitment of 2 years is required for employees using tuition reimbursement. Full-time employees with 1 or more years of service attending another college or university will receive up to $3,000 of tuition reimbursement. Dependents can also receive a lower level of reimbursement for another college or university.
Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered West Virginia Nursing license for Nurse Practitioner with current PMHNP credentials
- Current and unencumbered PA license with the West Virginia Board of Medicine. Prior experience required.
Hospital/Program Description
The Behavioral Health Pavilion of the Virginias, a service of Princeton Community Hospital, is located at the foot of the beautiful East River Mountain in Bluefield, West Virginia. This area offers four seasons with numerous outdoor activities. Skiing and snowboarding are within a short one-hour drive; scenic rivers for boating and kayaking activities are within a stone's throw; the beachfront is a bit farther but well worth the drive. Good schools and established neighborhoods are all part of the package in Bluefield.
The Pavilion, established in March 2010, is a leading provider of behavioral health services offering advanced mental health care throughout the surrounding areas in West Virginia and Virginia. The Pavilion provides a comprehensive continuum of care for adults 18 years and older within a secure and healing environment.
