A community-based hospital has engaged MLee Healthcare to recruit a Director of Respiratory Therapist to join their team in the Eastern Washington Area. We seek licensed, well-skilled, highly productive team players to work with their program.

Full - Time

Top 3 Objectives

Highly skilled, ICU background, flexible scheduling, versatile with computer programs

Responsibilities:

Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on psychological and cognitive status.
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of oxygen concentrations and medication doses as they relate to patients of varying ages, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients.
Formulates a goal directed plan of care which is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
Experience: New Grads accepted. Acute care experience preferred.
Must maintain a valid Certificate to Practice Respiratory Care issued by Washington Medical Board.
Current AHA BLS Certification
1-3 years of experience is preferred in managerial or supervisory roles.
Preferred WA RRT License Required
