Part-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner needed in Southern Ohio. This is a part-time hospital employed opportunity, joining two Family Medicine physicians.
This clinic will be a Patient Centered Medical Home, providing extended weekday and weekend hours for patients. The schedule will vary, with work required every 4th Saturday. No call is required.
Number of patients the provider should see per day? Approximately 15-20 patients per 8-hour day (number may vary).
COMPENSATION:
Salary Range: Base salary ranges (Individual salary quote will be discussed, depending on experience).
Potential Bonus Incentive.
Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
Benefits: Eligible for part-time benefits.
Vacation: 14.5 PTO days.
CME/Books & Journals: 2.5 days and up to $2,500.
2 YEAR CONTRACT ALSO INCLUDES:
Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $16,500 per year before taxes. No matching.
Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $16,500 per year before taxes under age 50 and $22,000 for over age 50. Medical Center matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay (max of $4,900 and $10,400 respectively).
Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregate.
Health Insurance: small premium, deducted from paycheck.
