Job Opportunity: Clinical Geneticists
The Division of Genetic and Genomic Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, UCI School of Medicine is seeking two full-time Clinical Geneticists with expertise in cancer genetics to join our clinical and academic faculty of 10 geneticists and 10 genetic counselors.
The Division provides:
- Outpatient care
- Inpatient consultation services
We serve a diverse patient population in:
- Cancer genetics clinics at UC Irvine Health
- Pediatric, metabolic, adult, and prenatal genetics clinics at UCI and our affiliated hospitals
Division faculty members also participate in:
- Didactic and clinical training of residents, fellows, genetic counseling graduate students, medical students, and other trainees
- Community outreach
Clinical or translational research participation is possible and encouraged, with many possibilities for collaborative research.
