The Foster Care Specialist position provides direction, leadership and day-to-day management of educational and departmental activities to Foster Parents. This position is responsible for the coordination and organization of the Agency Supported Foster Care program(s). The Foster Care Specialist also supports Foster Parents well-being by providing resources, education/training, on-call support and face-to-face visits with both the foster parents and foster children. The Foster Care Specialist is expected to work in a collaborative manner with other company employees, as well as Case Workers, and other professionals using a team approach to provide quality services for foster parents and foster children at all times. The Foster Care Specialist will not practice or deliver services beyond the scope of their abilities or requirements. The Foster Care Specialist is responsible for record keeping in compliance with company policies and procedures and as required by NDHHS and future accrediting agency. Bilingual Foster Care Specialists receive a quarterly bonus.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education/training, social work, criminal justice, human services or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in social work, human services or a related field preferred.

- Current and valid Driver's License with no more than 3 points assessed

Pay: $21.75 - $23.50/hour with a quarterly bonus for bilingual specialists
