Typical Hours: The hours of operation for the Cardiology practice are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-5:30 pm. Your primary schedule will be during those hours, with periodic need to work outside your schedule to serve our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled technical duties in one or more of the following areas: Non-invasive Stress Lab (Echo and Nuclear), Device Clinic, ABIs (Arterial Brachial Index), and EKG Lab.
- Competently hook up Holter and event monitors.
- Process transmissions and reports.
- Competently perform EKGs and arterial Brachial Indexes.
- Enroll patients, schedule device transmissions, and process clinical data and reports.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology
- Current Cardiovascular Technician certification
- 2 years of experience in a physician's office setting, preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association.
- Basic office skills, patient-centered mindset, excellent time management and organization skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
