Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:45am-5pm / Friday 7:45am-12pm

The role you’ll contribute:
The Speech Pathologist provides self-directed, effective therapy to patients in accordance with Florida Speech Pathology Association standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- The Speech Pathologist will practice within Scope of Standards of Physical Medicine Practice.
- Collects comprehensive data pertinent to patients' health or situation. Performs consults as indicated from database collection.
- Analyzes the assessment data to determine course of treatment.
- Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation.
- The patient's Plan of Care is developed to attain expected outcomes.
- Implements the identified plan.
- Evaluates progress toward attainment of expected outcomes.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Master's degree in any Speech Therapy field.
- Current State of Florida license in Speech Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence via American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- BLS Certified.
Preferred qualifications:
- Two years of clinical experience with a varied patient population.
