What you would be doing:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you are a key member of the facility leadership team. You will support the Director of Nursing to plan, coordinate and manage the nursing department, resident care, and services. You will actively lead the facility’s Infection Control and Restorative Programs and serve as a mentor and coach to the nursing team.
What your work schedule would be:
This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The successful candidate:
Has a license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan with a preference for a BSN.
Has a minimum of two years' experience in long-term care management.
Maintains a strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
