Doctors also take an extra day or two off around Christmas for additional family time, varying each year based on the holiday calendar.
Practice Environment
At Savannah’s Crossing, we are busy! We prioritize ensuring that our doctors get lunch every day and leave on time in the evening to prevent burnout. We do not take walk-ins or perform emergency work unless pre-approved by the attending doctor.
We practice high-quality medicine with a supportive team. Our clientele is cooperative, often willing to pursue necessary diagnostics like blood work and radiographs. Being privately owned allows you to practice according to your own standards without quotas or production pressures.
Team Dynamics
We average 2-3 technicians/assistants per doctor, along with a full client services team. We value a positive work environment and seek individuals with great attitudes. No toxic co-workers!
Savannah’s Crossing is committed to honesty and integrity in our practice, ensuring our clients trust us without unnecessary pressure for services.
What We Are Looking For
We seek a veterinarian with experience who thrives on decision-making. Good communication with clients and the veterinary team is essential. A successful candidate must be able to delegate effectively and maintain a positive attitude, despite the challenges of veterinary medicine.
