Minimum Requirements:
- Active state license
- BC or BE required
- Nights, 12-hour shifts
- ACLS, ATLS, NRP, and PALS required
- Experience with 18774 patients per year
- Trauma level III procedures required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
