High earning potential on 4 days/week!
Key Highlights:
- Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
- Technology: Modern office with digital equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000
- Guaranteed Minimum: $1,000-1,200 per day (depending on experience) - for 90 days
- Production Bonus: 28-35% of adjusted collections (based on experience)
- Additional Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice insurance
- Relocation package: up to $5K
- Student Loan repayment: $10K/year
Candidate Requirements:
- Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
