This is a part-time, fully benefitted 12 hour night shift position (1800-0630) with 48 hours per 2 week pay period. It includes rotating weekends every other weekend. It is located at Scripps Memorial Encinitas but must be able to float to La Jolla and Green as needed.

The Respiratory Therapist, in collaboration with other caregivers:
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates actions for respiratory care.
- Performs all technical diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to respiratory care and other core responsibilities necessary to maintain the flow of patient care and comfort in the unit.
- Responds to critical situations.
- Utilizes computer systems in performing position duties.
- Adheres to Hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Participates in Quality Control, preventative maintenance, and performance improvement activities.
