Unit Information:

- Patient Ratios: ICU- 2:1 CCU: 4:1
- Equipment: ICU- ventilators, NxStage CRRT, arterial lines, central lines
- EMR: Cerner
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Ventilator, drip titration, critical care experience
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: CRRT, balloon pump
- Type of Patients on Unit: ICU patients with ESRD, COPD, respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest
- Personality Fit: Attention to detail, teamwork
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue top with galaxy blue or black pants
- Any unacceptable attire: No Sweatshirts, Crocs or shoes with holes, Jackets should be scrub color or black without writing, No T shirts
