The Wound Care Nurse is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As the Wound Care Nurse, you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment for our Skilled Nursing patients including:
- Bedside Nursing
- Care Planning
- Implementing Care
- Quality Improvement
- Problem Solving
- Assessment
- Medication Administration
- Treatments
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Wound Care Nurse in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable.
- Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida or a compact state.
Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and criminal background.
