MedElite is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Diagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infections.
- Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems.
Requirements
- DEA License.
- Background experience in Urology.
- Previous experience in long-term care.
