- Monday to Friday schedule, 32 patient hours/8 admin hours
- Outpatient care only
- CME: $2,000 and 20hrs (2.5 days)
- Strong support team willing to mentor and train
- Diverse patient population, mostly 16 and older
- Onsite behavioral health support
- At least 5 years' experience required
