Qualifications and Responsibilities for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- NJ LPN License
- Oversee distribution of medication samples
- Assist with care management activities as necessary
- Complete nursing and health assessments
- Assist the Registered Nurse in training of Support Staff in the areas of health maintenance, medications, and medical treatments
- Assess the physical condition of the individual in the program and integrate findings into the treatment plan
