QUALIFICATIONS for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Valid NJ RN / LPN License
- Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
- Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor
- Handle and administer prescribed medications
