Responsibilities:
- Performs all laboratory testing and related duties within the assigned sections and provides accurate and timely results.
- Adheres to the assigned department’s standard operating procedure, quality assurance policy, regulatory compliance, and hospital policies.
- Provides guidance and oversight for department laboratory assistants, including but not limited to conducting training and competency.
