- Wages UP TO $34.00/hr plus a $2.50/hr shift differential on evenings and a $2.00/hr shift differential on nights
- Sign-On Bonus of $6,000 for Full-Time!

Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
- Accurately administers medication and treatment to residents per Physician orders. Follows all required protocols, policies, and regulations related to medication administration.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on required charting, medication/treatment administration, incidents/accidents, Physician orders, admission/transfer/discharge, weights/vitals, etc.
- Must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing

- Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

- 6:45a-3:15p
- 2:45p-11:15p
- 10:45p-7:15a
- Wage: UP TO $34.00/hr plus a $2.50/hr shift differential on evenings and a $2.00/hr shift differential on nights
