Postdoctoral Associate - Experimental Condensed Matter Physics
The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Rutgers University plans to hire a Postdoctoral Associate in experimental condensed matter physics. The position’s anticipated duration is two years; please note that an extension to the second year is upon mutual written agreement between the parties.

Salary: Commensurate With Experience
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have a Ph.D. in condensed matter physics or a related field.
- Demonstrate excellence in research.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with neutron or x-ray scattering is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will engage in neutron and x-ray scattering studies of quantum magnetism, as well as in sample growth/characterization. Applicants must provide a CV, cover letter, and three letters of recommendation.
