Provides physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of a physical therapist.

Education, Experience, and Licensure/Certifications
- Must have an active state license or be license eligible and meet the educational requirements as defined in the job description for that license type.
- Associate Degree or Higher from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provides physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of a physical therapist.
- Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals under the direction of the physical therapist.
- Assists the physical therapist in identifying a problem list, short-term goals, long-term goals, and treatment plan.
- Maintains and completes accurate documentation, department records, and reports.
