We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our group full time in Gurnee, IL. This position offers a great opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at our beautiful, brand-new clinic. We utilize innovative techniques and are always learning, seeking the best ways to serve our patients. You will help us decide how patients are treated, and we offer profit sharing to the right candidate. We can accommodate a Physical Therapist seeking either part-time or full-time work. Must be passionate about helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues, as well as those requiring traditional physical therapy, and must possess a combination of ortho, vestibular, and pelvic floor skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
- Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
- Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
- Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Documentation - timely and accurate
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Accredited Physical Therapy program graduate
- Physical Therapy license in IL
- Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans (training will be provided)
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be passionate about helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues, as well as those requiring traditional physical therapy
- 2+ years of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Schedule:
Part time or Full time (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm)
Salary (range):
$95,000 - $105,000 based on experience
