- Compensation:
- $265,000 base salary
- Bonus based on RVU production
- Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
- Benefits:
- $40,000 Sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus
- 33 days of PTO
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
