Key Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida (active license required)
- Board-certified in neonatal care
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a NICU setting
- Flexible with scheduling requirements
- Strong desire to teach and mentor nurses and potentially medical students
Schedule and Patient Load:
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling with blocks of time off every other week
- Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists / 4 NNPs
- Shift Type: 24-hour in-house shifts
- Average Daily Census: 18
