(Physician/MD qualifications required) Pulmonology (Critical Care/Sleep) - A Non-Profit Hospital owned multi-specialty group in New Haven County that provides clinical services as well as teaching faculty for Internal Medicine and Preventative Medicine residency programs is seeking a Pulmonary|Critical Care Physician to join the group.
Physician examines, obtains medical history and treats acute and chronic illnesses. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic tests. Creates treatment plans and involves patients and family members in those plans. Initiates appropriate specialty referrals.
Collaborates on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff. Works with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements. Provides on-call coverage for pulmonology and critical care. Call rotation is 1 in 3.

Candidate requirements: Graduate from accredited medical school (MD or DO). Board certified in Pulmonology and Critical Care required. Board certified in Sleep Medicine preferred.
