Imaging Supervisor - NM/PET/CT

Position Summary:
Incumbent is responsible for the direct supervision of all Nuclear Medicine and PET Personnel in accordance with Department/Hospital policies. Assumes responsibility for quality patient care, including timely throughput of patients and the performance of Nuclear Medicine exams. Functions as performing technologist and serves in advisory capacity to all staff, physicians, and students. Performs the more advanced exams. Performs and ensures proper training in usage, proper utilization, and minor maintenance of a variety of Nuclear Medicine equipment, image processing, and support equipment and the safe handling and documentation of radioactive materials. Creates, updates, and maintains Department Policies & Procedures with review/approval from Division Chief, Radiation Safety, and other governing bodies.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess valid CNMT, ARRT(N) or a NMTCB license
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Nuclear Med or Rad Tech
- Strong Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and ability to maintain flexibility in a constantly changing environment
- Current BLS certification
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- PET/CT experience desired
Compensation:
- Salary range: $111,203 to $215,001
